As part of the rapid development of our business in the United States, Germany and France, we are looking for a business manager to strengthen our team. Our team is passionate about the challenges of energy transition, associated metals and develops its projects with the aim of producing sustainable and resilient electricity, heat, and elements contained in fluids (such as lithium).

THE MISSIONS
Your missions as Business Developper at TLS Geothermics:

Prospect: targeting and acquisition of customers/partners; participation in trade fairs and conferences; identify the relevant interlocutors within the targeted companies; carry out commercial prospecting and follow up prospects;

Structuring: proposals for commercial offers (technical and financial), building project business plans, conducting commercial negotiations until the signing of contracts, monitoring contracts, seeking financing;

Manage relations with partners, prospects, communities; Represent the company: within the national and European geothermal sectors (AFPG, EGEC), with the State and ministries;

Convince that deep geothermal energy is the right solution: carry out lobbying actions (design, communication, actions);

Participate in the strategic choices of the company with the management.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Diploma :

  • Generalist engineer, Master or equivalent in engineering or geosciences, supplemented by training in business development, or experience in business, particularly in energy
  • Business school with a good scientific or industrial general culture

Professional Experience :

  • 3 years minimum in business development in the energy domain ; technical sales engineer / business developer (energy, raw materials or industrial engineering)

Technical skills :

  • Marketing and communication
  • Contract negociation
  • Scientific culture
  • Energy domain
  • Financial modeling is a plus!

IT :

  • Excel & Powerpoint
  • Professional social media (LinkedIn)

Langages :

  •   French : read, write, talk
  •   English : read, write, talk
  •   Another langage is a plus (german, spanish…)
REQUIRED QUALITIES
  • Sense of initiative
  • Communication skills (oral, presentation, telephone, video…)
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize to gather technical and organizational information and propose solutions
  • Sense of teamwork and relational skills to manage relations with the various stakeholders in the activity
  • Passion and commitment to the challenges of the energy transition
THE JOB ENVIRONMENT
  • Job located in Toulouse, travels to anticipate in Europe
  • Paid hourly (french system)
